  • 2 teaspoons of a pepper mixture.

Begin to cook

  1. First of all, we clean the duck well and wash it under running water. We cut the upper phalanx of the wings and remove the excess fat in the region of the tail.
  2. Then we hold it in an upright position and we pour it over with boiling water.Then we hang it over a sink or a container and leave for a quarter of an hour.

  7. Then we remove the chicken from the jar and place on the grate with the breast up.Put water into the frying try and set the prepared one on top of it. We cover it all with foil and send it to the oven, preheated up to 190 degrees for 70 minutes.
  8. In a separate container, it is necessary to combine two and a half tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and black pepper.After that mix everything thoroughly.
  9. In the required time, we take out our duck and remove the foil.Using a brush, cover the meat with the prepared mixture.
  10. We remove the baking tray back. We send the duck only on the grid back for 25 minutes at a temperature of 250 — 260 degrees Celsius. Make sure that it does not burn.
  11. In a separate container, combine the remaining honey and soy sauce and mix.
  12. After the required time, we take out the duck and cover with the prepared mixture. Then we send it back for another 10 minutes to the bronze crust appearance.
  13. Then turn off the oven, but do not get meat out for 10 minutes.
  14. As soon as the necessary time comes, take our yummy away and cut it.
