Grilled Paprika Chicken


  • Chicken pieces
  • paprika spice
  • any other spices of your choice
  • oil

Cooking Process

  1. Lightly boil whole chicken in chicken stock and spices of your choice — Make sure there’s oil in the water to ensure chicken is moist.
  2. For the braai sprinkle Paprika over the chicken (be liberal).
  3. The key here is to regularly turn over the chicken on low coals. Baste occasionally with the stock you used to boil to ensure moisture.
  4. Sprinkle paprika here and there.
