We want to present you a recipe for a delicious chicken fillet. Cooked in a special batter, it turns out to be juicy and flavored. The meat in this dish is tender and literally melts in the mouth.
You and your family members will appreciate this dish immediately! And also we can’t but mention, that the dish can be prepared in just minutes. It is not too long, isn’t it?
List of required products:
- chicken fillet — 1 kg;
- soy sauce — ¼ glass;
- garlic — 3 cloves;
- ginger — 20 g;
- honey — 1 tbsp.
- egg — 4 items;
- flour — 1 tbsp;
- salt — to taste.
Begin to cook
- The fillet is washed and lightly dipped with a paper towel. We cut it into small thin pieces. Do everything carefully.
- Into a bowl we should pour spices, salt, garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce. Stir everything carefully. We put the fillet in it and mix it. We marinade the meat for 30 minutes (maybe less).
- Put flour into the plate. In another bowl beat the eggs.
- Dip the fillets first into flour, then into eggs and again into flour. We put it on a heated frying pan and fry until done.
- Soft and juicy meat is ready. You can decorate this dish with green. It is optional, but not obligatory, of course. Serve in hot condition.
