List of required products:
- 500 g chicken fillet;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 onion;
- 2-3 potatoes;
- vegetable oil;
- 1 egg;
- ground black pepper;
Begin to cook
- First of all, we wash the fillets well, remove the film and veins. Carefully cut the meat into thin plates. Each of them is salted and peppered.
- We clean, peel and wash vegetables: onions, carrots and potatoes. The first one is cut into cubes, and the rest ones — in circles.
- Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil and send onions and carrots there. Fry until golden brown condition.
- On a dry frying pan arrange potatoes and dry it.
- We whisk eggs in a separate container and chop the greens.
- Now take the mold for baking, cover with a small amount of butter and place as follows: chicken fillet, which is covered with egg (using a culinary brush), a layer of potatoes, onions, carrots and greens. We alternate the layers to the end. The top is covered with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
- After that it is time to preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. And we send the mold there for 30-40 minutes. After that, after this time, raise the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
