We present you the recipe of national sweetness of Azerbaijan. As a rule, it is prepared for big holidays. If you compare it with another similar baking, then this treat is similar to a patty with nuts filling. This baking can be attributed to the category of «difficult», because cope with it can only experienced culinary. For the dough
• chicken egg — 1 pc
• wheat flour — 800 gr
• dry yeast — 1 sachet
• salt — 1 pinch
• ghee — 75 g
• sour cream — 150 gr
• sugar — 1 tbsp
• cow milk — 500 ml
• sugar — 300 gr
• cardamom — 1 tbsp
• crumb of almonds — 300 gr
1. Cooking stuffing. We scroll almonds and cardamom on a coffee grinder. Add sugar and mix.
2. In a small saucepan pour the milk and heat it. Then add 1 tbsp. sugar and yeast. Stir well and set aside the cup to the side so that the yeast is approached.
3. Then pour sour cream into the yeast, melted butter and drive the egg. Slowly introduce flour and mix the dough. It must be kneaded until it becomes elastic. Then cover it with a towel and leave it to go for 1.5 hours.
4. Divide the mass into 10 identical pieces. Roll each of them into a ball.
5. Sprinkle the working surface with flour, and roll the pieces into thin layers. Smear them with melted butter. Fold the layers one on one.
6. A packet of dipped layers of dough is rolled into a roll. Cut the finished roll into pieces of 1.5 cm. In the center, make a small groove and put the stuffing in it. Carefully tidy the edges.
7. We roll the rolls with a seam down and lay them on the greased baking sheet.
8. We send the finished products to a heated oven for 160 degrees. We bake for 30 minutes.
