Chilled Strawberry Cream


  • 225g /8 oz strawberries
  • 600ml /1 pint double cream
  • 50 g/2 oz caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp brandy(optional)

Cooking Process


Calories: 500 per portion

1. Slice the strawberries.
2. Whip the cream until thick, fold in the strawberries, sugar and brandy.
3. Spoon into individual glasses and chill for at least 1 hour.
