What products to take
- 1 tbsp — soda;
- 120 g — butter;
- 200 g — cane sugar;
- 2 items — eggs;
- 180 g — sifted flour;
- 2 items — bananas;
- 40 g — cocoa powder;
- 140 ml — sour cream.
Begin to cook
- First of all we have to add cane sugar to the eggs.
- Whisk up to puff condition.
- We melt the butter and cool it.
- To the butter, add flour, soda, cocoa powder and mix everything thoroughly.
- We cut bananas into circles.
- Pieces of bananas together with whisked eggs are put to the general mass.
- Mix everything in circular motions.
- By the way, for mixing, it would be more convenient to use a mixer or blender.
- We take the special mold with the hole.
- We put the dough there.
- We send it for one hour to the oven, heated up to 170 degrees.
- Do not worry, if cracks are formed from above. Here is a common situation and their existence only decorates the dish.
- Cool the product in the mold, then remove it from there carefully.
