Delicate melting dessert “Beloshejka”

We present to your attention a recipe for a delicious and light dessert, which is very quickly prepared. It looks very nice and will please not only its appearance, but also its taste qualities. Your household or guests will appreciate it. This dessert is very delicate, refined and melting in the mouth. Keep the recipe not to lose.

List of ingredients

• Fatty cottage cheese — 500 g
• Gelatin — 10 g
• White chocolate — 100 g
• Butter — 50 g
• Dried Berry — 100 g
• Coconut shavings — 100 g
• Sugar sand — 2 tablespoons

Cooking process

1. First, soak gelatin in 100 ml of warm water.
2. Rub the cottage cheese with sugar.
3. White chocolate is broken into pieces and melted in a water bath. Then add oil.
4. Gelatin is heated on the same bath until it is well dispersed. Then we send it to the melted chocolate. Place the resulting mass in cottage cheese and mix until homogeneous.
5. On a sheet of parchment we pour coconut shaving, on top we spread the curd mass in the form of a rectangle. In the middle we spread berries. We leave a place on the sides, so that when folding nothing flows out.
6. Then raise the edges of the parchment and combine the curd mass so that the berries are closed on all sides. Then gently wrap everything with foil and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
7. After the required time, open the structure and cut it into circles.
