• granulated sugar — 1 tbsp
• milk fat — 1 l
Cooking process
1. Take a pan, preferably with a non-stick coating. Pour the milk into it and pour out the sugar.
2. Put on a slow fire, bring to a boil and continue to cook. As soon as the liquid is reduced in volume by a factor of two and acquires a beige shade, remove the pan from the fire.
3. Take a strainer and a small cup, filter the resulting condensed milk. Cool it down. And that’s it, our condensed milk is ready!
