The best summer dessert is ice cream. Of course, you can buy a store version, but it’s much more delicious to make it yourself. Moreover, there is one way of quick freezing. You just need to spend 2 minutes on it. Perfect taste, color and consistency. Try it, and you can no longer buy ice cream in the store, as you learned how to cook this delicacy yourself and is much tastier.
List of ingredients:
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 200 ml of milk
- 5 to ice
- 150 grams of salt
- Take two bags of frost (with a fastener) of different sizes. The one that is less filled with condensed milk. Then pour in the usual cow’s milk and close the package.
- The second fill with ice and salt. Due to it, the ice will melt, but the temperature will decrease. This results in a sharp temperature drop.
- Place the first bag in the second and shake it well (2 minutes). Use gloves so that your hands do not freeze.
- Then take out the small package. Take the utensils in which you want to lay out your treat and place it there (taking it out of the package).
