Yoghurt ice cream with apricots

We present you a recipe for easy and not high-calorie ice cream. То пrepare it at home is easy, and the taste is much better than the purchased seal. Fruits and yogurt can be chosen for your taste. In our recipe, we used seasonal apricots, it turned out very tasty.

List of ingredients

  • vanilla yogurt — 0,9 l
  • apricots — 3 tablespoons
  • liquid honey — 2 tbsp

Cooking process

  1. Put apricots (2 items) into a blender, yogurt and honey. Stir until homogeneous.
  2. Add to the mass of sliced ​​apricots and gently mix. Put the resulting mass in the freezer for 4 hours.
  3. Cool a large bowl and put the mass in it and beat again. Cover and put in the freezer for 6 hours.
  4. Get ready ice cream for 10-15 minutes before serving. Decorate with fruits and pour honey or jam.
