Fantastically delicious fish with vegetables is cooked in a frying pan for just 15 minutes.
Appetizing snack from fish is easy and very quick. This recipe is considered to be an ideal variant for those cooks, who are always short of time. Why? — The matter is that in this case all the vegetables are cooked in one frying pan. Fish with vegetables is juicy, soft, rather substantial: after it there is no heaviness in the stomach.
List of requested products:
- 5 kg of fish fillet;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 2 average carrots;
- 2 sweet Bulgarian peppers;
- bay leaf;
- sunflower refined oil — for roasting;
- parsley or onion greens — for serving;
- salt — to taste;
Begin to cook
- Two heads of onions are peeled off the husks, cut into large cubes.
- Into a frying pan pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, warm it and put the onions. Fry until soft condition.
- Two medium-sized carrots are cleaned, washed, cut into rings and sent to a frying pan with onions. Stir everything carefully.
- Remove all the seed from the sweet Bulgarian pepper, cut off the peduncle and cut into large cubes.
- We send pepper to the frying pan with vegetables and stir. Add the bay leaf and leave the vegetables stew.
- Fish is prepared for fillets and cut into thin strips.
- Put fish fillets into a frying pan with vegetables, salt and mix.
- With constant stirring, bring the fish to readiness. Serve ready dish with boiled rice.
- You can serve casserole immediately in hot condition, but it is possible to do it n a cold one either. In last variant it seems to be sweeter and juicier.
