What products to take
- 3 tbsp. — apple cider vinegar;
- 2-3 onions;
- 3 tbsp. — vegetable oil;
- 300 ml — water;
- 1 tsp. — sugar;
- 2 mackerels;
- 3 tsp — salt;
- 5 pieces. — carnations;
- to taste — coriander grains;
- sweet peas;
- ground pepper.
Begin to cook
- We peel mackerel and thoroughly rinse it in cold water.
- We cut our fish into portions pieces.
- We put the water in pan on the fire and bring everything to a boiling condition.
- We add spices, sugar and salt into water. After that boil over low heat for two minutes.
- We pour inside the vinegar. Remove everything from the fire and cool it carefully.
- We cut the onion into rings or semirings. It is up to you to choose the way.
- We put inside the pieces of mackerel, alternating them with onions.
- Leave to marinate for 24 hours.
