Baked salmon in spicy lime sauce and spicy egg noodles is a really delicious dish, which will be appreciated by everybody in your family.
List of required products:
- lime — 2 items;
- ginger root — 2 cm;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- red onion — 1 item;
- red chili — 1/2 item;
- soy sauce — 1 tbsp;
- steak of salmon — 2 items;
- a mixture of «five spices» — a pinch;
- a mixture of «five spices» — 1 tsp.
Noodles:
- green onions — 4 tbsp.;
- red chili — 1/2 item;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- ginger — 2 cm;
- peas — 200 g;
- egg noodles — 200 g;
Begin to cook
- Let’s start with salmon. Take a blender and combine there the ginger, garlic and onion. All of them should be coarsely chopped. Add chili, soy sauce and lime juice. Grind to the sauce.
- Pour the sauce into a mold, lay out the fish on it, cover the fish on both sides. Sprinkle with a pinch of «five spices» and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes at the temperature of 200 ° C.
- In the saucepan heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil, fry the chopped green onions, add chili, grated ginger root and finely chopped garlic. In a saucepan boil water, add vegetables from the saucepan, a mixture of seasonings and peas. When the soup boils, put the noodles and cook until they are done. Throw the noodles into a colander.
