What products to take

  • 3 fish;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 2 tbsp. — sugar;
  • 10 tbsp. — salt;
  • 4 onions;
  • 3 tbsp. — black tea.

Begin to cook

  1. Cut off the fish head, clean it inside, thoroughly wash in cold running water.
  2. We bring water to boiling condition, put the peeled onion, salt and sugar. After that cook everything for 10 minutes.
  3. We pour black tea into the boiling marinade, boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Marinade should be cooled completely.
  5. We put the prepared fish into it.
  6. We put for 2-3 days into a cool place.
