Today we are going to introduce you a really delightful recipe for baked fish. Such cod is traditionally cooked in Greece. And thanks to the cooks of that country it turns out to be very rather spicy and very juicy.
Each piece of such fish simply melts in the mouth. This fish can be eaten as an independent dish or served with a side dish. That is up to you to decide.
List of required products:
- cod fillets — 350 gr;
- coriander seeds — 2 tbsp;
- dried paprika — pinch;
- salt — 1 tbsp;
- lemon — 0,5 tbsp;
- greens — to taste;
Begin to cook
- First of all it is necessary to heat the frying pan, pour the seeds of coriander into it and fry for about 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir your future yummy dish constantly. Through the requested time the seeds are removed from the fire and we have to cool and to grind everything rather carefully. The more thoroughly you do this, the better dish you will get as a result.
- After that it is time to preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. Then carefully rub each piece of fish with coriander, paprika and salt. Put it on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Serve with lemon juice. And be sure your dish will be appreciated by everybody without any exceptions.
