What products to take
- 10 pieces. — large mushrooms;
- 1-1.2 kg of river fish;
- 4-5 slices of lemon;
- 4 tbsp. — butter;
- 0,5 cup fish broth;
- 2/3 cup — dry white wine;
- 2/3 cup — fat sour cream;
- to taste — spices;
Begin to cook
- Wash fish, rinse, dip into boiling water for 1 minute, then cut into small portions.
- Boil the mushrooms until they are ready and cut them into plates.
- Season with spices, salt, leave so to stand for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the butter in a frying pan and put the pieces of fish inside.
- Fry a little on both sides, then put into a saucepan.
- Pour inside the wine, sour cream and broth.
- Add mushrooms and lemon slices.
- Bring to a boiling condition, cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Serve the fish, prepared in this manner with fried or boiled potatoes, rice or pasta. Horseradish will add spiciness to the dish. Enjoy your meal!
