List of required products:
- 3 cucumbers
- a bunch of parsley
- 500 ml cream 30%
- half a teaspoon of salt
- spices to taste
- half a clove of garlic
Begin to cook
- First of all, grate cucumbers on a fine fraction. Then they should be salted, put on cloth and squeezed from the moisture well.
- Place the received mass into the bowl. Add parsley, previously shredded, spices and whipped cream.
- Then transfer all this into a plastic mold. Then cover it with the cling film and put it into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
