The dish turns out to be tasty, flavored and at the same time very healthy. They are really great for diet food.
What products to take
- 1 tsp — soda;
- 3 cups — oat flakes;
- 4-5 cloves of garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 large onion;
- to taste — spices;
- for covering — flour;
- for frying — refined vegetable oil;
- meat broth.
Begin to cook
- Finely chop peeled garlic cloves and onion.
- Put the oat flakes into a saucepan, pour hot broth in the ratio 1: 1.
- We put on the fire, after boiling, cook for 15 minutes (the main thing is that the porridge turns out to be dense).
- We leave it to cool.
- Then we add eggs, garlic, onion, soda to the porridge, season it with your favorite spices and salt.
- We form cutlets.
- We roll them in flour.
- We warm the vegetable oil inside the frying pan, fry them from two sides to a light brown crust appearance.
