What products to take
- 4 tbsp. — mayonnaise;
- 350 grams of beets;
- 100 g — hard cheese;
- 3 hard-boiled eggs;
- to taste — a mixture of peppers;
- salt.
Begin to cook
- Boil the beets and cool them thoroughly.
- Cheese should be grated. — You can do it largely or finely. It is up to you to decide.
- Cut the beets into small pieces or into small cubes.
- Cut the eggs.
- Put beets, cheese and eggs to a salad bowl.
- Season to taste with salt and spices.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix everything carefully.
- You can decorate your salad in different ways: usually it is recommended to take canned corn or peas, cheese, greens and so on.
The taste of beetroot salad can be varied. In order to do it, just add the pickled cucumber, a little garlic or chopped nuts. Eat delicious healthy food!
