Delightful liver cake

Today we want to present you the recipe for a beautiful and very delicious dish. Such a cake can be prepared for a festive table or just for a family dinner. For its preparation you can use any liver that you like (chicken, beef, pork, etc.). This snack turns out to be very appetizing and nutritious, and its cost is quite low.

List of required products:

For cookies

  • liver — 0,9 kg;
  • onions — 1 item.;
  • milk — 1 glass;
  • flour — 250 g;
  • eggs — 5 items;
  • vegetable oil — 5 tbsp;
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg — to your taste

For stuffing

  • carrots — 3 item;
  • onions — 3 item.;
  • mushrooms — 200 g
  • butter — 200 g
  • mayonnaise — 200 gr;
  • garlic — to your taste
  • cream cheese — 50 gr

Begin to cook

  1. Prepare the dough.Liver together with onions are ground in a blender. Then put the minced meat into a bowl. We add egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg. We mix it to a homogeneous state. Mix thoroughly. We pour vegetable oil. We knead the dough, which is in a consistency similar to liquid sour cream.
  2. Heat the frying pan and bake pancakes.
  3. Let’s cook stuffing.Onions are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Then grate the carrots. Mushrooms are cut into small pieces. Fry everything in a frying pan. Start with onions, then add mushrooms and carrots to it. We put the fried vegetables into a cup and let them cool.
  4. Prepare the sauce.On a small grater rub garlic, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix.
  5. Take the dish and start forming the cake.At the bottom of the plate we put a pancake, after that we put sauce on top and a vegetable mixture above. Then again pancake, sauce and mixture. So add the layers until the pancakes run out. Finish with a pancake, then cover carefully from above and on the sides with a sauce.
