What products to take
- 100 g — breadcrumbs;
- 1 kg potatoes;
- 200 ml — sour cream;
- 100 g — butter;
- 2 onions;
- 4 eggs;
- 100 g of dried mushrooms;
- 4 tbsp. — flour;
- for frying — vegetable oil;
- to taste — salt;
- ground pepper.
Begin to cook
- Cook everything until potatoes are ready. After that we make mashed potatoes.
- We add eggs, 2 spoons of flour, half of butter portion, season with salt, pepper and mix everything carefully.
- We heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- We form cutlets and fry them from both sides to golden hint appearance.
- Mushrooms should be filled with water, left to stand for half an hour, then boiled for about an hour.
- We cut the mushrooms. Please, do not pour out the broth.
- Now fry the mushrooms together with the chopped onion in the preheated butter.
- Separately fry the flour until the golden hint appearance. Mix it with a small amount of mushroom broth, then pour into the mushrooms and stew for 10 minutes.
- In the end, season with pepper, salt, pour sour cream and immediately remove the future dish from heat.
- We serve cutlets, pouring everything with gravy.
