Cauliflower is a useful and available product. On sale you can find it all the year round. This vegetable is rich in useful elements and vitamins. There are many delicious dishes, that you can cook from it.
For those people, who are on the vegetarian diet, this cauliflower takes a leading position, but meat eaters will appreciate it either. Cutlets are especially delicious from cauliflower. Juicy and delicate they can become an ideal dinner or a snack.

- cauliflower — 1 kg;
- wheat flour — 0.5 tbsp;
- eggs — 2 items;
- vegetable oil — 2 tbsp (for frying);
- salt — to taste.
Begin to cook
- We take cauliflower and disassemble it on the inflorescence. We put them into a saucepan, pour water and boil for 6 minutes. Cool and grind in a meat grinder.
- Drain excess juice, add egg, flour and salt. Mix everything carefully.
- Heat the frying pan and pour the vegetable oil into it. Using a spoon, we pour vegetable mince on it. Fry the cutlets on each side for 4 minutes until they are ready. We serve them to the table on lettuce leaves or with sour cream.
