- pork — 1,5 kg;
- onions — 1 kg;
- kefir — 0,5 l;
- sugar — 6 g;

Begin to cook
- Pork has to be washed and cut into pieces of 10 cm.
- Onions are peeled, cleaned and cut into half rings.
