You can feed your family perfectly well with it and everyone will be pleased with ease such yummy, as the preparation of this dish is very simple and fast. Spaghetti with meatballs is a trivial dish, but it must also be cooked properly and tasty. And now we are going to tell you about this.
List of required products
- 500 g of minced meat;
- 1 egg;
- 1 onion;
- carrot — 1 item;
- 1 -2 tomato;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- olive oil;
- dry or fresh Bulgarian paprika;
- 150 ml of milk;
- mixture of Provence herbs;
- salt and ground black pepper;
- garlic — 3 cloves;
Begin to cook
- First of all, chop the onions finely. Using a grater, rub on a large fraction the necessary amount of carrots. Then we send it to a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry the prepared ingredients.
- We put everything into a separate container with minced meat and beat there an egg. Chop the garlic and send it there either. Then you should salt and pepper. Then add fresh or dry herbs, previously shredded.
- Thoroughly mix the stuffing and beat it off the bottom of the bowl. We wet the hands with cold water and roll balls of the cherry size. Then send the prepared meatballs to the fried vegetables in one layer.
- Then pour the milk or diluted with water sour cream inside. Meatballs are not stirred. When they change their color, only then this process can be done. Stew until the milk is completely evaporated.
- Then add the tomatoes, chopped finely in advance and tomato paste. Mix well and salt a bit. Then sprinkle with Provencal herbs and a dry mixture of Bulgarian paprika.
- In boiling salted water we boil the spaghetti to the semi-ready condition.
