We want to present you a dish of Italian cuisine. All in all we can’t but mention that the Italian cuisine is rich in many interesting dishes, not just pasta and pizza, as a lot of people think.
Therefore, we decided to introduce you to a delightful «Pepperonata» with chicken. This dish is prepared quickly, it turns out to be very delicious and really nutritious.
List of required products:
- onion (medium size) — 2 pc.;
- sweet peas — to your taste;
- garlic — 4 cloves;
- chicken fillet — 500 g;
- greens — to your taste;
- sweet pepper (medium size) — 2 pcs;
- salt — to your taste;
- wheat flour — 2 tablespoons;
- tomatoes — 400 grams;
- sunflower oil — for frying meat.
Begin to cook
- We begin our preparation process from the fillet. We wash it in clean water and cut into small squares. Salt and pepper the sliced meat to your taste.
- We take a deep bowl and pour in it some wheat flour. We put the sliced fillets in a bowl with flour. Mix everything carefully.
- We set a frying pan on the stove and pour some sunflower oil into it. We turn on the fire.
- As soon as the oil is heated well, put the pieces of chicken into the frying pan and fry them for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then we are dealing with our meat. We clean it and cut it.
- Deal with the onions. Peel and cut into half rings.
- Now take the sweet paprika. We wash it well and cut it in the form of a thin straw.
- We fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan. Then add 5 minutes and continue to fry.
- Pour out the resulting mass of tomatoes to a mixture of chicken. Mix well and stew for 25 minutes.
