- Chicken breasts without skin — 4 items;
- Chicken broth — 1 cube;
- Small potatoes — 600 gr;
- Butter — 65 g;

- flour — 40 g;
- Fat cream — 100 ml.
Begin to cook
- First of all, boil 500 ml of water in the saucepan and dissolve the broth cube there. We put there chicken breasts. And cook for a quarter of an hour, covered with a lid. After half the time, turn the breasts. At the same time we put the potatoes to boil for 15-20 minutes until they become soft. Then we drain the water and cover the future dish with a lid.
- After that we take a deep stewing pan, melt there 25 g of butter, add the prepared carrots and two tablespoons of water. Then cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- When our chicken breasts are ready, put them on a dish, cover with a plate, as they shouldn’t cool. We pour broth into a separate container. And in the same saucepan it is necessary to melt 40 g of butter and flour. Stirring, gradually pour the broth in, and then add cream. We boil for another 3 minutes.
