It turns out to be very delicious! We are almost sure that you have never eaten something like this yet. You see, this dish is rather easy in fact, but only a few people know about its existence.
But in vain, as it is really worth to be tried one day. Pumpkin is so good for meat plus ginger, which is able to improve the taste. This spiciness is so nice, but not too burning. For cooking we need a wok or a deep frying pan with a heavy bottom.
List of required products:
- 500 g of beef;
- 250 g of pumpkin inner part;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- garlic — 3 cloves;
- 1 red hot pepper;
- 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil;
- 0.5 tsp. ground coriander;
- 1 cm of ginger root;
- salt, ground black pepper.
Begin to cook
- Onion, garlic and ginger root are peeled and chopped finely. Wash the pepper and chop it. Cut the meat into small cubes.
- Onions and garlic are fried in wok in hot oil for 5 min. Add meat, ginger, pepper and coriander, cook for another 6 minutes.
- Wash tomatoes, cut into slices, add to meat and cook under the lid for 8 min. Pour 1/2 tbsp. water and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the pumpkin, cut into large cubes and cook for another 15 minutes. This time will be quite enough for getting this yummy thing and appreciation of all the family.
