Chicken meatballs in cream cheese sauce

We want to present to your attention a recipe of meatballs from chicken meat with the addition of cream sauce. They are really very delicious and tasty, appreciated both by children and by adults.

List of required products

  • garlic — 3 cloves;
  • salt;
  • hard cheese — 300 grams;
  • minced chicken — 500 grams;
  • herbs;
  • fat cream (10-20 percent) — 500ml;
  • onions — 1 item;
  • cooked in salt water rice — 5 tablespoons;
  • chicken egg — 1 pieces;
  • sweet pea

Begin to cook

  1. To begin with, it is required to peel the onion and finely chop it. Put rice into a saucepan and pour with water. We put everything on the fire to cook. We begin to engage in cooking the stuffing for our future dish.
  2. Take a deep container and put in it chopped onion, cooked rice, salt and sweet pea. Stir everything carefully.
  3. Now take the baking try and cover it with butter. Using a tablespoon, we collect a bit of minced meat and start forming circles. Put them on a greased mold. We place the mold with meatballs into a previously heated up to 180 degrees Celsius oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. During this time, all the meat balls will get a thin crust.
  4. We clean the cloves of garlic and crush them together with greens. Do it with knife. Arrange the crushed garlic with herbs in a container. We take a hard cheese and rub it on the smallest fraction of the grater. Pour it into the greens with garlic. We pour cream in here. Now it is necessary to stir the obtained mixture well.
  5. After that, open the oven and take out the baking tray with dish. Take the sauce and pour it into the mold. Also you need to take the grated cheese and sprinkle all the meatballs.
  6. Put the mold with the meatballs again into the oven and continue baking for 20 minutes.
