Cutlets in Asian style

Cutlets in Asian style are appreciated both for festive and ordinary table. You will enjoy them even in that case, when you are far away from this culinary direction.

The ideal side dish for cutlets will be steamed rice and a salad of cucumbers with rice vinegar.

List of required products

  • 500 grams of lean pork (ham);
  • 2 stalks of green onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 cm of ginger root;
  • 1 tbsp. sesame;
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame oil;
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 1/4 tsp. chili flakes;
  • olive oil;
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper.

For sauce:

  • 1 small clove of garlic;
  • 1 stem of green onion;
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame oil;
  • 1 tsp. of sugar;
  • 1 tsp. sesame;
  • 1/4 tsp. chili flakes;

 Begin to cook

  1. Fry the sesame in a dry frying pan until golden hint.
  2. Slice the green onions. Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger root.
  3. Cut the pork into small pieces and put through the meat grinder.
  4. To the minced meat, add green onions, garlic, ginger, sesame, sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper and chili flakes, salt. Stir carefully and well.
  5. With the help of wet hands form small cutlets. Preheat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the cutlets until they get golden brown hint on both sides, until they are cooked.
  6. For sauce peel it and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the green onions. In a small bowl, combine garlic, green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds and chili.
