Do not you know what to prepare for a meeting the guests or for festive dinner? Let’s prepare a wonderful dish of chicken breast. It is really delicious and original.
We are almost sure that your relatives and guests have not tried the dish «Surprise the guests» yet. It is prepared from simple set of products, but looks like a delicacy from the chic restaurant menu. You can prepare it in portions: one chicken breast per serving, or you can take one large puff piece. This is how we will prepare today: it turns out much juicier and tastier, and it looks very nice.
List of required products:
- 500 grams of chicken fillet (chicken breast);
- 2 average carrots;
- one onion;
- 2-3 medium potatoes;
- one fresh chicken egg;
- salt, black pepper and sesame — to taste;
- refined sunflower oil;
- any greens, to your taste.
Begin to cook
- With the help of the sharp knife the chicken fillet is cut along on very thin plates.If it is possible, then one millimeter thick. We pepper and salt meat, put like the pile and leave for a while.
- One head of onions is cut into thin quarter rings (or in a way you usually do this).
- Two carrots are cleaned, washed and rubbed on a large grater.
- Fry the onions and carrots in a frying pan, in a small amount of vegetable oil, until they are ready. Mind that the carrots should become soft.
- Peeled potatoes are cut into thin slices (or semicircles), dried on a dry frying pan until golden brown hint.
- Any bundle of fresh greens (we prefer parsley more) is washed and finely chopped with a knife.
- In a separate bowl, whisk a fresh egg with the help of the fork.
- Cover the pan with vegetable oil, lay a layer of chicken fillet (you can overlap) and grease it with an egg.
- On the meat we lay out a layer of potatoes, onions and carrots. Sprinkle with herbs.
- Mind that the edges of the fillets should remain free of the filling. In such a way when baked, they will create the effect of «sealing» the juices inside the casserole.
- We place all layers in this way. — The last one should be a layer of fillets.
- Cover it with egg and sprinkle with sesame.
- We bake the chicken in the oven, heated up to 180 degrees. As a rule it takes 30-40 minutes.
- Then increase the heating temperature up to 220 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
We serve chicken fillet with a very tasty salad of baked vegetables.
