For example, a great choice will be a large piece of a loin of turkey carcass. When you bake the meat in the oven, you will not need foil and a sleeve for baking. - Poultry meat (you need a loin of turkey) — 1 kilogram

- Take a separate bowl and pour water into it. Pour the salt and mix well until it dissolves completely. Now put the loin and place a bowl with meat and water in the refrigerator. It should stay there for about 2-3 hours.
- Peel off the garlic and cut it. Take a small container and put into it: mustard, basil, oregano, coriander, sweet pepper, red chili pepper, paprika, and pour in sunflower oil. Mix well.
- Get out the fridge pan with meat and put it on a large plate. Dry the fillet and then make small holes throughout the piece with a knife. Take the previously plated garlic and farce the meat. After you do that, take the prepared mixture and grease it over.
