Ingredients
- 3-4 sticks of rosemary
- 5 or more cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tsp of kosher salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Cooking Process
- Mix it all up and pour over the lamb let it sit on the counter for at least 15 min.
- Pour some olive oil in your pan make it hot and sear it. I like mine medium rare so it’s like 4 min each side and then rest and serve!! You can cook it all the way if you want.
