Pork chops with cheese and sour cream

What products to take

  • 2 tbsp. — vegetable oil;
  • 600 g — pork suitable for chops;
  • 150 g — hard cheese;
  • 4 tbsp. — sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. — mustard;
  • to taste — ground black pepper;
  • salt.

Begin to cook

  1. We wash meat, dry it, cut it into layers. The width of each should be not much more than 1 centimeter.
  2. Then we beat off each layer with a hammer, as we usually do it with any chops.
  3. Season to taste with ground pepper and salt.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  5. We arrange the prepared pork.
  6. We put everything into the oven heated up to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. We rub our cheese finely, mix it with mustard and sour cream.
  8. Pour the chops with sauce.
  9. Put everything back into the oven and bake until the meat is ready.
