These are small sausages of minced meat with spices fried in oil. It is traditionally considered a Moldovan dish, and it is served almost in every restaurant. For better results we recommend you to use ground beef. This dish is good for both ordinary and festive table.

- 500 gr of minced meat;
- 1 egg;
- 1 teaspoon of thyme;
- half a teaspoon of black pepper;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- flour for sprinkling;
Begin to cook
- First of all, in a separate container we place minced meat and beat the egg in here.Then it is necessary to knead the mass well.
- Season it with pepper, thyme and salt.We stir everything again.
- Peel the garlic and put it through the press straight into the minced meat.We mix it carefully.
- We select small portions of minced meat. It will be better to do it with hands, soaked in water.Then roll out the sausages from them on a cutting board. Then flatten the sausage slightly.
