List of required products:
- 500 grams of chicken breast meat;
- 4 teaspoons of soy sauce;
- 5 teaspoon of salt;
- 5 teaspoon of favorite seasoning for chicken;
- 2 teaspoons of mustard seed;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Begin to cook
- Cut all the fillet from the chicken breast. Wash it and dry with paper towels.Cut all the films and skin and send to a deep bowl.

- Meat is sprinkled with salt and special seasoning for the chicken (the one that you like most). After that add two teaspoons of mustard seeds.
