  • 1 kg fillets;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 4 tablespoons salt;
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt;
  • half a teaspoon of garlic powder;
  • half a teaspoon of black pepper;
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika.

Begin to cook

  1. First of all we pickle the fillet in salt solution. Into a container, pour a liter of water and pour out 4 tablespoons of ordinary salt. Then we send the meat there for 15-30 minutes. Water should be at room temperature. In the ideal case, if the time is waiting, it is better to put it in the fridge for 4-8 hours to marinate properly.
  2. Dry the fillets and put them in a roasting dish.
  3. We melt the butter and cover with our meat. Then sprinkle the future dish with sea salt and spices.
  4. We heat the oven up to 90 degrees and send it there for 35-45 minutes.
  5. After the required time, we take it out and leave for 45 minutes for so-called «rest».
  6. Then, preheat the oven up to 260 degrees and again place the chicken there for 2-10 minutes. At the end of this time, the crust should turn out to be brown.
