Very delicious steaks from chicken legs

Today we propose you a budget recipe for a stunned dish: chicken legs prepared in a flavored marinade.

Delicate juicy meat with a golden crust: just a gourmet’s dream. Appetizing meat dish will be appreciated by all your relatives. Cook and treat! We would especially mind that this dish is incredibly simple.

List of required products:

  • 3 chicken legs;
  • 100 milliliters of sunflower refined oil;
  • a teaspoon of khmeli-suneli;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • ground black pepper;
  • 50 grams of butter.

Begin to cook

  1. Fresh chicken legs should be washed carefully. After that remove the bones without violating the integrity of a piece of meat. To do this properly we make a cutting with a sharp knife to the bone itself. Then we pass along its entire length and move the meat away in order to take out the bone.
  2. We wrap each piece of meat in a food film and beat off (not very strongly).
  3. Into a bowl pour the sunflower oil (according to the recipe), pour khmeli-suneli, salt and black ground pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix everything with a spoon.
  4. In the prepared marinade we lay out pieces of beaten meat.
  5. Close the bowl of meat with the help of the food film and leave to marinate: for about 4-5 hours.
  6. Marinated meat is taken from a bowl. We remove excess liquid with paper towels.
  7. In a frying pan, warm the butter (according to the recipe), reduce the fire to a minimum, lay out our meat.
  8. We put down: a deep bowl in the size of a frying pan, and a container with water on the top.
  9. Cooking for 15-20 minutes at low heat.
  10. We turn the steaks to the other side, again put the container with water and fry another 10 minutes (over a slow fire).
  11. At this time we take 100 grams of marinade (in which there was our meat), squeezed into it 2 cloves of garlic through the press and mix it carefully.
  12. With the fried meat we remove the press, turn it over to the other side (the fire does not turn off), cover with the sauce.
  13. Again, turn over, fry for 2 minutes and turn off.
  14. Place the chicken legs on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  15. We serve meat with vegetables, decorating is with dill sprigs.
