List of required products:
- 3 chicken legs;
- 100 milliliters of sunflower refined oil;
- a teaspoon of khmeli-suneli;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- two cloves of garlic;
- ground black pepper;
- 50 grams of butter.
Begin to cook
- Fresh chicken legs should be washed carefully. After that remove the bones without violating the integrity of a piece of meat. To do this properly we make a cutting with a sharp knife to the bone itself. Then we pass along its entire length and move the meat away in order to take out the bone.
- We wrap each piece of meat in a food film and beat off (not very strongly).
- Into a bowl pour the sunflower oil (according to the recipe), pour khmeli-suneli, salt and black ground pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix everything with a spoon.
- In the prepared marinade we lay out pieces of beaten meat.
- Close the bowl of meat with the help of the food film and leave to marinate: for about 4-5 hours.
- Marinated meat is taken from a bowl. We remove excess liquid with paper towels.
- In a frying pan, warm the butter (according to the recipe), reduce the fire to a minimum, lay out our meat.
- We put down: a deep bowl in the size of a frying pan, and a container with water on the top.
- Cooking for 15-20 minutes at low heat.
- We turn the steaks to the other side, again put the container with water and fry another 10 minutes (over a slow fire).
- At this time we take 100 grams of marinade (in which there was our meat), squeezed into it 2 cloves of garlic through the press and mix it carefully.
- With the fried meat we remove the press, turn it over to the other side (the fire does not turn off), cover with the sauce.
- Again, turn over, fry for 2 minutes and turn off.
- Place the chicken legs on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- We serve meat with vegetables, decorating is with dill sprigs.
