These escalopes can be prepared in a hurry, but they turn out to be so tasty and beautiful that they will become a real decoration of any table.
Meat in batter turns out to be very thin, incredibly tender and soft: it simply melts in the mouth. Serve it for dinner with fresh vegetables and potatoes slices, cooked in the oven. A wonderful dinner will be hastily appreciated by all your family members.
List of required products:
- flesh of pork (carbonate);
- salt, black ground pepper — to taste;
- ready mustard.
For batter cooking
- 2 fresh chicken eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 2-3 tablespoons of flour;
Begin to cook
- Pork carbonate (this is a piece of meat from which chops are made) is cut into plates of one centimeter thick.
- Then each piece is beaten off, previously covered with a package or food film: so pieces of meat will not be scattered throughout the kitchen.
- Every chop has to be salted and peppered. Don’t forget to add a little mustard. Then we rub it all into the meat.
- We put pieces of meat into a bowl, cover with a lid and put into the fridge for an hour.
- And now it is a high time to prepare the batter. — In the bowl we beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt, mayonnaise and wheat flour (according to the recipe). Thoroughly mix and whisk until uniform condition.
- Here is a small tip for you. If you see that the batter has turned out to be liquid, add a little more flour. According to the density, the batter should look like the dough for pancakes.
- An hour later we take the meat out of the fridge. Onto the stove we should put the frying pan, pour a sufficient amount of sunflower refined oil and warm it well.
- Each escalope is thoroughly impregnated with batter, and then put into a frying pan.
- Fry on medium heat, from both sides, until golden brown hint.
We serve escalopes with vegetables, and for garnish it is recommended to take potato slices.
