Insanely delicious, delicate and unusual salad without mayonnaise will decorate any, including a festive, table. Salad consists of tender egg pancakes, juicy chicken breast, fresh cucumber and zucchini. A delicious dressing-marinade makes it taste unrepeatable. A simple and quick cooking recipe will please everyone.
List of ingredients:
• 3 chicken eggs;
• one small chicken breast;
• 2 fresh cucumbers;
• a quarter of a small zucchini;
• one head of onions;
• 3-4 leaves of green salad.
• 3 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil;
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
• 2-3 cloves garlic;
• salt and black ground pepper — to taste.
1. Pre-cook the chicken breast until cooked in salt water with spices. Cool in the broth: so the meat remains juicy.
2. First, prepare the egg pancakes. The process is quite simple: break the egg into a small bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk until smooth.
3. Preheat the frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil, pour the egg and distribute it in a frying pan (like a normal pancake). Fry from two sides until golden brown.
4. Do the same with the rest of the eggs.
5. Chicken fillet at first cut into small pieces, and then they are sorted into fibers: you can do it with your hands or fork.
6. Put the meat in a deep salad bowl.
7. Fresh cucumbers cut into thin strips, put in a bowl with chicken.
8. Young zucchini, without peeling, cut into thin strips. Put into a salad bowl.
9. Pancakes cut into strips (the width of the strips is equal to the length of the sliced cucumbers), stack the strips on each other, then cut into strips.
10. We cut the head of the onion into thin rings by a quarter. If the onion is bitter, then it can be marinated before being transferred to a salad.
11. Lettuce leaves are also cut into strips and sent to a bowl to the rest of the products.
12. Prepare the dressing: in the bowl pour vegetable oil without a smell, add soy sauce to taste (depends on salt), let through garlic press and black ground pepper to taste. Mix well.
13. Fill the salad with the resulting sauce, mix and let the salad soak for 15 minutes (minimum).
14. Serve the salad on a serving plate.
