Chocolate Nut crispies


  • 50 g margarine or butter
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 50 g cornflakes
  • 50 walnuts g, roughly chopped

Cooking Process

1. Place 18 paper cases on a wire rack.
2. Over a low heat, melt together the butter or margarine, cocoa powder and syrup.
3. Stir in the cornflakes and walnuts, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
4. Spoon into the paper cases and leave to set.

NB: These are the best eaten the same day as making!
