We continue the theme of delicious and simple breakfasts. This time we will cook scrambled eggs in bread baskets. From the simplest ingredients you get an original, very beautiful, tasty and healthy breakfast. Please your loved ones with such a snack, especially since it takes only 10 minutes to cook. Tender lush eggs in combination with crisp bread tartlets, just a miracle.
List of ingredients:
• 5-6 bread baskets;
• 3 fresh chicken eggs;
• 1.5 tablespoons of milk;
• 75 grams of ham;
• 20 grams of Parmesan cheese;
• 25 grams of sweet Bulgarian pepper;
• 10 grams of green onions;
• 20 grams of butter;
• greens (dill and parsley) — to taste.
• salt and black ground pepper — to taste;
• a quarter teaspoon dried basil, dried parsley, dried garlic.
1. Prepare the original bread baskets-tartlets in 5 minutes in the oven, according to the recipe from our webpage.
2. In the bowl, drive fresh chicken eggs, add a pinch of salt, black pepper to taste, dried garlic, parsley and basil. Mix until you get homogenous mass.
3. Add the crushed parmesan cheese, chopped red cubes with red bell peppers, chopped onion greens, dill and parsley. Stir.
4. Put the butter on a hot frying pan, wait until it melts and send the ham, cut into small cubes. Lightly pepper.
5. After a minute, pour the omelet into the pan, after 30 seconds begin to mix. That the scrambled eggs remained soft and gentle, it should not be overcooked.
6. Fill the bread baskets with warm eggs.
7. Serve breakfast with a cup of fragrant coffee or home-made cocoa (for children).
