- Soft Unripened Goat Cheese logs (any savoury flavour of your choice!)
large whole wheat pitas
- favourite pasta sauce
- thinly sliced prosciutto
- fresh basil leaves
- chopped fresh vegetables
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Place pitas on baking sheet, cover pita with desired pasta sauce.
- Customize your pizza with basil leaves, assorted veggies and prosciutto.
- Cut Woolwich Dairy goat cheese into thin rounds and place over pita.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
