This unforgettable mixture of vegetables in combination with a flavored sauce is a peculiar feature of the excellent home dish!
What products to take
- 10 pieces — carnations;
- 6 kg — cabbage (white-headed);
- 20 peas — sweet pepper;
- 2 kg — Bulgarian pepper;
- per 1 tsp. vinegar (per jar);
- 2 kg — carrot;
- ½ liter of vegetable oil;
- 2 kg — onions;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 100 grams of salt;
- 5-7 bay leaves;
Begin to cook
- All the vegetables, which have been mentioned above are thoroughly washed and cleaned.
- We grate the carrots largely.
- Shred the white cabbage.
- Pepper and onions are cut into thin straws.
- All other vegetables should be cut as well, but we recommend you to do it with a food processor.
- We put everything together and mix everything carefully.
- At the bottom of the jars we should put pepper, cloves and bay leaves.
- We take the prepared vegetables and put them into the jars. Don’t forget to pour there the requested amount of vinegar and vegetable oil.
- Sterilize the jars 20 minutes.
It remains only to roll up the jars, to cool them and to send to the storage place for the winter. Enjoy your meal!
