If you cook a duck in a special way, you will get a great dish, which is not worse than a restaurant dish.
Today we are going to teach you how to cook a spicy, delicious salad from a duck in Asian manner. It is incredibly surprising!
What products to take
- 1 tbsp. — fish sauce;
- 2 duck breasts;
- 80 g — soybean seedlings;
- 1 tbsp. — honey;
- 6 tbsp. — vegetable oil;
- 6 tbsp — soy sauce;
- 1 tsp. — cane sugar;
- 1 tsp. — grated ginger root;
- 100 g cashew nuts;
- 300 g — lettuce leaves;
- 100 g daikon;
- 2-3 cucumbers;
- 1 carambola;
- 1 lime;
- a little — green onions;
- to taste — paprika;
- tabasco sauce;
- black pepper.
Begin to cook
- Mix half the honey and half the soy sauce.
- Cover the duck breasts with the prepared marinade, put everything to the deep stewing pan. Pour there half of the vegetable oil and fish sauce.
- We cook on minimum fire for 10-12 minutes on each side.
- Slice finely daikon, pour with cold water, leave to stand for 10 minutes and drain the water after that.
- Mix honey, tabasco sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, add spices and green onions.
- We cut cucumbers with large straws, lime into slices, and carambola into sprouts.
- Fry the nuts until they get a golden hint.
- Mix all prepared ingredients, add soybean sprouts, fill with the prepared dressing and mix everything carefully.
- We lay them out on a dish and put the cooked duck on the top.
