Salads with chicken have always remained in the list favorites of any festive table. A variety of recipes for their preparation is rather appreciated. You can safely experiment and prepare dishes of different tastes. After all, chicken meat is considered to be universal.
Today we are going to prepare a delicious salad with chicken and sausages called «Ant hill». By the way, the name of the dish is not accidental: it is actually looking like the house of these industrious insects. This will be a real decoration for any table!
What products to take
- 2 tbsp. — sour cream;
- 300 g — boiled chicken fillet;
- 2 tbsp. — mayonnaise;
- 1 item — an average white cabbage;
- 200 g — sausage;
- 2 items — fresh cucumbers;
- 5 g — sugar;
- to taste — salt, fresh herbs, spices.
Begin to cook
- Prepare all the ingredients and first of all shred cabbage and do it as thin as possible.
- Add sugar and press everything until the cabbage reduced juice.
- We peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin straws.
- In the same thin way slice sausages. You can take any kind of boiled-smoked ones.
- Chicken fillet is crushed into small cubes.
- Into a bowl lay out all the prepared foods.
- Mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
- We fill the salad with dressing. Season it with salt and spices (you can just add ground black pepper into it).
- Finally add crushed herbs.
- We spread the salad on a dish or a plate. Do it in a beautiful slide.
The salad turns out to be original and different from other recipes. At least, many people have never tried such a dish. Cook it and surprise everyone!
