Salad with vegetables and Cellophane noodles

This salad is with vegetables and Cellophane noodles is very light and tasty. And it helps to lose weight quickly. It also contains a lot of vitamins.

List of required products:

  • Cellophane noodles — 1/3 packs;
  • carrots — 2 items;
  • cucumber — 1 item;
  • champignons — 150 g;
  • parsley;
  • garlic — 2 cloves;
  • olive oil — 1 tbsp;
  • lemon juice — 0.5 tsp.;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • Spice for Cellophane noodles (optional).

Begin to cook

  1. Cucumbers and carrots are rinsed and the carrots are peeled. After that everything should be grated everything for the Korean carrots. Champignons are cooked and chopped finely.
  2. Cellophane noodles are put into boiling water. Please, don’t cook them! In 5-7 minutes it is got and rinsed under running water.
