List of ingredients:
• 300 g of beef
• 2 large carrots
• 1 large onion
• 150-200 g of salted or pickled cucumbers
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• parsley as desired
• mayonnaise to taste
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
1. Boil the meat until ready in salted water. Cool and cut into strips.
2. Clean the onions and cut them into half rings. Using a grater, rub the peeled carrots.
3. Take a frying pan and reheat in it one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then fry onions on medium heat. It is required to stir it occasionally. As a result, you will get a soft, translucent onion with a light golden hue. The time will take about 3-5 minutes.
4. In a separate frying pan, warm two tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the prepared carrots over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. It should not be too soft, be careful.
5. Prepare marinated cucumbers. If they have a thick peel, then it should be cleaned. After that, cut into thin and long straws of 3-4 cm long and 1-2 mm thick.
6. Take a salad bowl and put in it meat, cucumbers, onions and carrots, cooled to room temperature.
7. In a separate container combine mayonnaise and garlic, previously passed through the press. Mix everything well and season with salad. After that, everything should be mixed again.
8. Leave for a while for ingredients to be well impregnated. Decorate with parsley if desired.
