Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh White Sea bass or halibut
- 1 large lime juiced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 large avocado diced
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- pinch salt
How To Prepare

Cut the fish into bite sized pieces and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Keep cold.

Toss fish immediately with lime juice and orange juice.

Stir in cilantro, red onion, avocado, and tomato. Season with a pinch of salt. Let sit until fish is no longer translucent. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a fun twist, use passion fruit juice in place of the orange juice.
