Easy Citrus Ceviche

Easy Citrus Ceviche is a simple and flavorful fish dish. Raw white fish is bathed in tropical juices and topped with cilantro and red onion. Simply delicious!

  • 1 pound fresh White Sea bass or halibut
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • pinch salt
  1. Cut the fish into bite sized pieces and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Keep cold.
  2. Toss fish immediately with lime juice and orange juice.
  3. Stir in cilantro, red onion, avocado, and tomato. Season with a pinch of salt. Let sit until fish is no longer translucent. Serve chilled.


For a fun twist, use passion fruit juice in place of the orange juice.
