The popularity of this sauce is unlimited all over the world. And this is of common knowledge that everybody seems to know about this fact. A long ago it lost its so-called nationality and became a real culinary «citizen of the planet.» Chili is perfectly combined with pasta, rice, potatoes and, of course, all kinds of meat and fish.
In the given recipe, you should not add any more ingredients, everything is harmonious here. — A unique combination of seasonings will give any dish an unforgettable aroma, flavor and spiciness.
What products to take:
- tomatoes — 2 items;
- paprika — 2 items;
- garlic cloves — 2 items; — It is unnecessary to peel them.
- pepper spicy (it will be better to take different sorts) — 4 items;
- tomato paste — 2 tablespoons;
- meat broth — 300 grams;
- brown sugar (you can take ordinary white, if you like) — 1 teaspoon;
Begin to cook
- The oven is turned on and heated up to 200 degrees. We cut the tomatoes, put them into a pan and add the sweet paprika (the whole one) and cloves of unpeeled garlic. Bake for an hour.
- Peppers should be removed from the mold and placed in a bag. Hurry up to tie the package, otherwise the steam will come out. Tomatoes are cleaned of skin. Don’t worry, it is possible to do it quite easily. Chili pepper must be soaked for 20 minutes. Now you should peel the sweet paprika either and grind them with a blender.
- Don’t forget to remove seeds from chili peppers, to cut them into pieces and to combine with sweet paprika.
- With the help of the kitchen processor we mix tomatoes without skin, tomato paste, oregano, sugar and broth. Add the peppers and boil the mixture in a separate bowl. After sauce boiling stew for 15 minutes on a small fire until the mass boils twice. Serve sauce with hot and cold dishes, it is good in any form.
